- Mounting: D= Square flange mount;
E-F1= Servo groove and 3, 10-32 holes at 1.875" BC in face
- Resolutions: 100 to 3,600 cycles per turn
(up to 18,000 with interpolation)
- Termination: SM = side termination; EM = end termination
